Paul Potts is just a mobile phone seller but his operatic singing had place him the best amongst Britain's Got Talent contestants.
If just by looking from the outside you never can imagine that a guy like him will have this talent to sing such beautifully to Pavarotti song Nessun Dorma.
In person he is just a shy, humble man but when he sings you can see he put his passion in so strongly and gain all the confidence.
