My Chemical Romance Singer Battles Depression

gerard-way-photo.jpg

Rocker Gerard Way suffers from depression on tour, and uses his favorite book to keep him from falling apart. The My Chemical Romance frontman admits he relies on J.D. Salinger novel The Catcher In The Rye to cheer him up when he’s feeling lonely and down. Being far away from home and loved ones is not that easy all the time, one in a year you could actually like it for a few days, but when it becomes a routine every few months then you get sick. You are earning a lot of money from concerts and tour and live shows that is fine but ultimately you are doing all this for your family isn’t it the case and if you are not with them to share it then it’s not worth the sacrifice you are making. I am not saying this for people who do not care for family values and think that their family could do without them and money is more important and touring is party time. I am speaking for those who love being a close knit family.
